So I get back to the office after teaching a class, and everyone is just standing around looking horrified like something serious went down. I immediately go to one of the teachers that knows some English and ask what went wrong, and if I could help.
She looks at me, all serious, and says, “Maybe you can. One of the students… has escaped.”
If we can’t find one of our kids, that is a pretty big deal, but the way she said it made it sound like the kid was an informant for Hydra that had managed to escape S.H.I.E.L.D.
We found the child later and it was fine. But even he was super serious about it, like, “I’ve seen some shit, Emily Sensei, you don’t even know.”
