Hey TT, we haven’t heard anything regarding your thoughts about Orlando, im suprised. I’m sure many of your followers are scared as I am and would love your support and advice..

(( OOC: Honestly, I haven’t had a lot to say on the matter, because my thoughts haven’t been very coherent since yesterday. 

There is so much hatred in the world, it’s hard to comprehend it at times.  

Orlando was a tragedy… it was horrific and devastating. The massacre at Pulse was a terrible act carried out by a truly evil and hate-filled person. 

But there have always been and always will be heartless, destructive and hateful people in the world. There will always be senseless violence. 

Which is why we are here to combat it through unity, love, compassion and understanding. And by we I mean we… not any specific group, not any sexuality, race, religion… or any other term or stereotype used to divide… but we as a human race. We as a united front. 

To let fear take control or hinder us is pointless. 

Be as safe and smart as you can be without hiding away from the rest of the world… because we are part of this world… this world belongs to us… all of us. 

Love others as genuinely and passionately as you can. 

Don’t let the actions of a few determine your self worth, or sway you from living your life to the fullest. 

Don’t let the actions of a few further divide humanity.

Keep your mind open. 

The world changes every day, and we as individuals, and as a united front, can direct that change. However lasting and effective change only happens through positive, compassionate and tender means.  

See the world through the eyes of those around you, not just yourself. Love unconditionally and without bias or judgement. Mourn for the good that are taken from the world too soon, but don’t let their memory be lost in fear or hatred.
