everyone finds it funny that harry gets his hogwarts acceptance letter with the address as “cupboard under the stairs” but that just shows that dumbledore, mcgonagall, and maybe even hagrid knew where harry was forced to live and that he was being awfully mistreated but didn’t do anything about it
